Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is requesting bi-weekly service for floor mats and mops at the Winston County Health Department. The requirements include three 3-by-5-foot black mats, one 4-by-6-foot black mat, two 24-inch dust mops with handles, and two blue wet mops with handles, with pricing quoted per item and delivery charges included. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited; the service must be performed by the awarded vendor's owner or legal employees. The agency will issue a purchase order as the only legally binding contract and reserves the right not to award based on budget restrictions.
