Description
The Borough of Pompton Lakes is soliciting qualification statements from qualified persons or firms to provide professional Board of Adjustment engineer services. Respondents must demonstrate professional, administrative, and financial capability, relevant experience, understanding of the Borough’s needs, availability for required meetings, and the ability to meet project or service timeframes. The qualification statement must include an executive summary, executed Letter of Qualification, firm and organizational information, executed Letter of Intent, licensing and compliance information, professional experience and references, proposed subcontracting information, key employee resumes, disclosures concerning Borough-related relatives, and a compensation proposal with hourly rates or other proposed compensation methods. Submissions must be bound, signed, acknowledged, and include an original plus four copies.
