Description
Clark County is soliciting bids for a Nevada prevailing-wage public works project at Desert Breeze Aquatic Center. The work includes restroom and locker room remodeling, including demolition and disposal, new plumbing fixtures, drains and piping, partitions, ADA shower seating, counters, dispensers, lockers, LED lighting, doors, frames, hardware, painting, cleaning, and a new coating system. It also includes indoor pool tile and plaster replacement, including demolition, pool-shell inspection and repairs, new plaster and tile, depth markers, safety signs, SOFA-certified drain covers, inlet covers, and underwater lights. The estimated total project cost is $921,500 to $970,000. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk is required. The project is submitted through the designated electronic procurement portal, with manual delivery also accepted as specified in the bid materials. The bid package includes a bid bond, subcontractor-designation materials, preference-eligibility materials, ownership disclosure, and bidder-authority documentation.
