Description
The University of Missouri is seeking one reactive ion etching system for hands-on microfabrication training in the new cleanroom supporting Missouri S&T's Semiconductor Engineering bachelor's degree program. The system must process substrates from 1 cm x 1 cm pieces through six-inch wafers; provide inductively coupled plasma capability exceeding 1,000 watts; include five mass-flow-controller gas lines for SF6, CHF3, O2, N2, and Ar; and include a chemically resistant turbomolecular pump, non-corrosive dry backing pump, vacuum load-lock, and substrate/electrode temperature management system with chiller. Respondents may also price software/hardware, a maintenance/service agreement, training, installation, shipping/freight, and discounts. Detailed equipment literature is requested. The response must include a completed HECVAT version 4.0 or higher, a completed IdP Questionnaire, and applicable authentication integration documentation; additional security documentation such as SOC 2 Type 2 reports, vulnerability testing, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI, security white papers, technical documents, certifications, or policies may also be required where applicable. The public question-and-answer notice states that suppliers may disregard the HECVAT if they determine it does not apply to their proposed standalone hardware.
