Description
The National Science Foundation (NSF) is soliciting proposals for research and development in other semiconductor technologies under its Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. This opportunity is open to small businesses proposing innovative semiconductor technologies that fall outside of the specific subtopics listed in the solicitation. The program supports the development of new semiconductor materials, devices, and processes with commercial potential.
