Description

The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide a complete turnkey audiovisual and AV-over-IP solution for four unclassified instructional classrooms in Building 832 at the Ira C. Eaker Center for Leadership Development. The scope includes design, equipment furnishing, installation, integration, programming, testing, documentation, operator training, and initial support. Each classroom must support professional-quality presentation, interactive displays, hybrid instruction, Microsoft Teams and Zoom collaboration, ceiling microphones and speakers, instructor and audience cameras with presets, single-point control, and a digital video switcher/router with at least 24 inputs. The contractor must provide fiber-optic and 4K/UHD-capable network infrastructure, cabling, electrical work, labeling, as-built drawings, source and compiled control-system code, manuals, training materials, acceptance testing, 90 days of initial support with 24-hour maintenance-issue turnaround, and manufacturer warranty support. Existing Newline Q-Series interactive monitors in three rooms must be integrated, while a new display is required for Room 100 and 75-inch rear-confidence monitors are required. The amended requirements clarify HDMI, auxiliary HDMI, and USB-C inputs, wall-mounted Crestron source panels, a new projector in Room 165, and room-specific camera and speaker quantities. The estimated total contract value is $380,000.
