Description
The U.S. Air Force requires new commercial-grade food-service equipment and dining-facility furnishings for its Officer Training School dining facility. The scope includes dining tables and pedestal bases, wood chairs, ice makers, ice bins, ice/water dispensers, gas kettles, braising pans, steamers, a combi oven, griddles, fryers, toasters, warming cabinets, refrigerators, freezers, milk and ice-cream dispensers, heated and refrigerated display cases, prep tables, equipment stands, condiment organizers, sinks, stationary and mobile shelving, utility carts, and dishware. Brand-name-or-equal products are acceptable, but all products must be new; used, refurbished, and demonstrator items are prohibited. The contractor must deliver the equipment to two Maxwell Air Force Base facilities, provide unloading, rigging, stocking, hoisting, and specialized handling, and professionally install and connect utilities. The work also includes removal and disposal of specified existing kitchen equipment, daily cleanup, trade coordination, testing, manufacturer warranties and manuals, warranty-support information, and on-site operator and maintenance training. Quotes must include a dated company-letterhead quote with unit and extended prices, a proposed delivery date, discount terms, tax identification number, CAGE code, and Unique Entity Identifier; award will be based on technical acceptability and price.
