Description
Montgomery County, Maryland, is seeking a qualified general construction contractor to construct North Bethesda Fire Station 43 and a warm-lit-shell police substation as fully functional buildings in accordance with the contract documents. The scope includes site work, building construction, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications, fire suppression, fire alarm, security, utilities, stormwater, exterior improvements, commissioning, and related project management services. The work and schedule are defined in Attachments S and R. The complete solicitation package includes the RFP, general conditions, bid specifications, cost worksheet, Amendment 1, and a project-specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. The proposal must include the Offeror Proposal & Pricing and the MFD Performance Plan PMMD-65. All issued amendments must be signed and submitted when applicable. Electronic bid submission is required through the designated procurement portal.
