Description
Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, on behalf of Granville Central School District, is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical Internet connectivity at Mary J. Tanner Elementary School. Offerors may propose leased lit fiber or services delivered over third-party networks, with handoff by fiber or an equivalent solution. The requested bandwidth options are 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 3 Gbps, with 14 usable IP addresses (/28), utilization and performance metrics upon request, and 24/7/365 network engineer support. Respondents must provide pricing for three-year and five-year service terms, separately identify special construction, monthly recurring, and other non-recurring costs, and provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number or proof of application. The proposal package must include the requested certifications, references, data-security and New York Education Law 2-d assurance, E-Rate supplemental terms, signed RFP signature page, and completed pricing proposal sheet. Proposed services must comply with E-Rate requirements, Lowest Corresponding Price rules, and restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment and services.
