Description
The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is requesting proposals from non-profit or for-profit developers for projects involving the substantial rehabilitation or new construction of affordable for-sale housing through its For-Sale Development Program (FSDP). Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for September 14, 2021, at 2:00 PM to answer questions about the RFP, submission process, and FSDP guidelines. All questions and answers from this meeting will be posted on IWT. Registration for the meeting is available via Zoom.
