Description
The Alabama Board of Nursing is soliciting a supplier to perform a one-time final cleaning of its vacated satellite office. The scope includes dusting and wiping accessible surfaces; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; cleaning and sanitizing two bathrooms; cleaning the kitchen/breakroom; cleaning offices, the lobby, reception area, and conference room; cleaning interior windows and accessible glass; emptying waste receptacles; and removing all cleaning-related debris. The supplier must provide all labor, supervision, cleaning products, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and related materials. Proof of commercial liability insurance must be submitted with the bid. The supplier must submit one lump-sum price through the Alabama Buys Portal, attend the mandatory site visit, and identify any subcontractors used. The cleaning work is scheduled to occur between November 23 and November 27, 2026, with the exact date and access arrangements coordinated after award.
