Description
The 22nd Maintenance Group requires a complete overhaul of its Consolidated Tool Kit storage facility. The contractor must disassemble and stage the existing shelving, then provide, deliver, uncrate, assemble, level, align, and position 250 heavy-duty steel industrial shelving units and 20 modular heavy-duty tool drawer cabinets. The work includes inside delivery, removal and off-base disposal of all packaging and debris, and completion within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. The shelving must meet specified dimensions, steel gauges, adjustable shelf capacities, closed panels or rigid bracing, floor-anchoring provisions, and powder-coat finish requirements. The cabinets must include nine full-extension drawers, specified drawer capacities and usable heights, central locking, anti-tip interlocks, dividers, handles, and keys. Quotes must include technical compliance documentation, an overhaul and installation approach, base-access and logistics confirmations, a minimum one-year commercial warranty, environmental compliance affirmations, firm-fixed pricing for both line items, and completed representations and certifications. Award is expected to use a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation.
