Description
The City of Pasadena, through Pasadena Water and Power, is soliciting bids for the furnishing and delivery of replacement emissions analyzers for the Glenarm Power Plant’s Continuous Emissions Monitoring System. The procurement covers three NOx/NH3 analyzers and three NOx analyzers with integrated oxygen sensors, along with converters, sample filter holders, rack mounts, pumps, analog output options, warranties, maintenance kits, and shipping. The specifications require Teledyne API equipment and prohibit proposing other brands for the analyzers and supplemental components. The supplier must provide new, current-model equipment, certificates of conformance for each item, manufacturer warranties, compatibility information, and delivery within 60 days after contract award. The initial contract term is one year with no optional extensions.
