The Montana Army National Guard is soliciting a quote for one fully operational, portable Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator System with at least four active training lanes, rugged transit cases, short-throw indoor capability, integrated power management, simulated weapons and accessories, software, licensing, documentation, warranty, and incidental services. The system must support military weapons training capabilities including shoot/no-shoot scenarios, Individual Weapons Table II courses of fire, known-distance ranges, military Preliminary Marksmanship Instruction, individual and collective skill drills, and law-enforcement weapons training and qualification. It must have written assessment or approval from the National Guard Bureau Soldier Training Support Program, Maneuver Center of Excellence, or an equivalent higher authority confirming compliance with TC 3-20.40 Table II requirements. The updated requirement removes the dry-fire function-check limitation and specifies minimum quantities of M17 and M4 dry-fire replicas, M17, M4, and M249 recoil replicas, magazines, and an air refill station. The scope includes delivery, setup, configuration, demonstration, and at least eight hours of in-person operator and maintenance training, plus training materials, manuals, and maintenance documentation. The system must be delivered within 90 calendar days of contract award, carry a minimum five-year system warranty, support future custom weapon-system additions, and comply with applicable Army, Department of Defense, cybersecurity, information-security, and installation-access requirements. The base requirement is one system, with an option for six additional systems, for a maximum quantity of seven. Quotes will be evaluated on a best-value basis.
