Description
The City of Branson is soliciting a qualified contractor to install, maintain, and repair guardrails on various city streets. The scope includes guardrail systems, posts, beams, terminals, crashworthy end sections, markers, delineators, and related materials, as well as traffic control, flaggers, mobilization, travel, disposal, cleanup, warranties, and compliance with applicable safety requirements. The contractor must provide written, not-to-exceed labor and materials quotations for each requested job before work begins, with emergency repairs generally required within 24 to 72 hours and routine repairs within 7 to 30 calendar days after notification and approval. The initial contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with three additional one-year renewal options. Bids must be submitted electronically through Euna OpenBids by the stated deadline; mailed, hand-delivered, faxed, and emailed bids will not be accepted. The submission must include the City’s RFB form, addenda acknowledgment, immigration affidavit, pricing page, and affidavit of compliance. No bid bond is required.
