Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one conveyor roller assembly, NSN 1560-00-021-5143, part number 4F55095-101C, manufactured in accordance with the cited technical data and drawings. The item is a critical application item and may require a metal casting process and tooling. Technical and quality requirements include origin inspection and acceptance, physical identification and bare-item marking, packaging and marking under applicable DLA requirements, configuration-change controls, nondestructive-testing accreditation, and compliance with export-control requirements. Government first article testing is required. The contractor must deliver two units within 120 calendar days after contract date to Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex for testing; the first article units will be retained by the Government and are separate from the production quantity. The production item has a stated delivery requirement of 444 days, with an original required delivery date of April 9, 2028. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by September 8, 2026. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and includes CMMC Level 2 third-party assessment requirements and a requirement for approved Joint Certification Program access to export-controlled technical data.
