Description
Lyndhurst Public School District is seeking pricing for ten business-class Internet connections, each providing 1 Gbps of bandwidth, for its schools and administrative facilities. The solicitation also requests line-item pricing for a leased router capable of handling the proposed bandwidth, additional pricing for static IP addresses, and installation and initial configuration. Each location requires five static IP addresses, except Lyndhurst High School and Lyndhurst Middle School, which require 13 each. Proposals must include standard contract terms and conditions, all recurring and one-time charges, applicable taxes and fees, and support for either the Service Provider Invoicing or Billed Entity Applicant Reimbursement method. The district prefers a two-year service term but will consider other terms, including month-to-month service. A signed and dated specification document, valid Service Provider Identification Number, and any requested New Jersey business registration certificate and W-9 must be provided as specified.
