Description
Richland School District Two is soliciting proposals for a secure, commercially available, cloud-based case management and investigation platform supporting Human Resources, Employee Relations, ADA accommodation management, compliance, and administrative investigations. The solution must centralize incident reporting, case intake, documentation, workflow routing, investigation tracking, communications, records management, reporting, audit trails, role-based access, confidentiality, data retention, integrations, data migration, and secure data export. The selected vendor will provide implementation, configuration, migration, integration, training, technical support, maintenance, security updates, and product enhancements. The initial contract period is December 2026 through June 30, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must address the technical solution, implementation approach, qualifications, security and compliance, references, pricing, and required vendor questionnaire responses. Vendors must provide at least two K-12 public school district references currently using the proposed or substantially similar solution; the submittal instructions also request at least three comparable client references, including at least two K-12 districts.
