Description
Aquilla Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Category 1 leased lit fiber internet access and data transmission services. The requested capacity is between 5 Gbps and 25 Gbps for one service location, with service terms and pricing requested for one-year, three-year, and five-year options. The vendor attachment also requests information regarding voluntary extensions, special construction, non-recurring charges, and additional costs. Installation and initial configuration may be required, and technical support is dependent on the selected service. Eligible installation costs may be paid over four years. Vendors must have a valid or temporary SPIN, register in the designated RFP system, and comply with applicable Texas Education Agency financial accountability and procurement requirements.
