Description
The City of Branson is soliciting sealed electronic bids for improvements at the intersection of West 76 Country Boulevard and Highway 165. The work includes roadway and pavement improvements, drainage structures and storm piping, sidewalks and ADA ramps, curb and gutter, retaining walls, pavement markings, temporary and decorative traffic signals, utility adjustments, and traffic control while maintaining at least one lane in each direction except for brief approved interruptions. The project also includes a streetscape amenity with custom bald eagle, American flag, curvilinear metal curl, and City logo sculptures; concrete foundations and installation; flagpoles with stacked rock; landscape rock walls; landscaping and Rain Bird irrigation; and delegated-design LED lighting with RGBW accent fixtures, controls, programming, testing, training, and warranty. Bidders must submit a bid form, 5% bid bond or permitted equivalent, current statement of bidder’s qualifications, addendum acknowledgment, and subcontractor disclosure form. The apparent contract work must be completed within 365 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, and the bid package states a final completion deadline of April 15, 2028.
