Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking assorted steel hex jam nuts in 0.875-14UNF-2B configurations, including right- and left-hand threads, washer-faced designs, and Grade 2 and Grade 5 material meeting MIL-DTL-1222, ASTM B18.2.2, and SAE J995 requirements. The schedule includes multiple quantities totaling 84 nuts, with a single award contemplated for all items. The quotation must address the specified prices, FOB destination delivery, manufacturer and country-of-origin information, business size, CAGE code, delivery time, payment method, and technical capability. Required data includes certificates of compliance and certification/data reports containing applicable chemical and mechanical test results. Offerors must complete the attached RFQ and provisions 252.204-7016 and 252.204-7019. Access to the item drawings requires submission of a signed Security Agreement and an approved DD Form 2345.
