The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Springer Nature Customer Service Center LLC, doing business as Springer Nature, for subscriptions and online content that provide patent examiners with required non-patent literature. The notice states that Springer Nature is the only known qualified source and that the notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
