Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks rental, supply, adaptation, and operation of five mobile showroom trucks or specialized mobile units for public-service outreach, information, guidance, and community engagement. Each truck must be a 2020 model or newer, supplied with a driver, and equipped with specified furnishings, sound equipment, a television, power supply, internet, internal privacy partitions, a color printer, two laptops, and fans. The service includes vehicle maintenance, fuel, tolls, cleaning, driver expenses, and prompt replacement of vehicles or drivers when needed. One vehicle is required for each of five service areas in Colombia. The solicitation requires evidence of relevant company experience, technical compliance, sustainability-related supporting materials, and qualifications and supporting documents for proposed coordinators and drivers. The response includes the platform questionnaire, a completed technical requirements annex, and the completed financial offer form. Offers are evaluated for technical compliance, with award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer.
