Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks one or more providers for non-exclusive long-term agreements to supply vehicle rental services with qualified drivers. The fleet categories include sedans, 4x4s, double-cab pickups, vans, minibuses, and buses, with service covering urban and nationwide travel. Vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, equipped for safe travel, and maintained by the provider; replacement vehicles or drivers are required in specified breakdown or unavailability situations. Fuel inclusion varies across the solicitation documents, so bidders should follow the applicable pricing schedule and technical requirements. The initial agreement term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions, for a potential total of three years. The buyer may award to multiple providers, and the agreements are non-exclusive with no guaranteed order volume.
