Description
Weber School District is seeking a single qualified vendor to provide turnkey furniture and related products for its new Career and Technical Education Catalyst Center. The scope includes final furniture selection, ordering, project management, delivery, and installation. Proposers must operate in the educational market segment and be on a State of Utah cooperative contract or the Davis Furniture cooperative contract. The project is expected to use the goods terms, and visual display products and early childhood classroom furniture are excluded. The Q&A states that the total building budget is $30 million, but the FF&E allocation has not been finalized and is expected to be approximately 10–20% of that amount; this implies an estimated FF&E range of $3 million to $6 million, not a confirmed contract budget.
