Description
Lakewood School District 306 seeks E-Rate-eligible structured cabling services for its facilities, including design, installation, testing, and documentation of copper and/or fiber network cabling. The project calls for approximately 644 drops across four schools, with the building diagrams specifying drop quantities by area. The solicitation also includes basic maintenance of internal cabling connections, with 10,000 feet listed for each of the two service categories. Proposals are evaluated for eligible and ineligible pricing, compatibility with existing infrastructure, agency description, certifications, proposed contracts, references and past performance, manufacturer warranties, and reseller authorization. Vendors must have a SPIN, a current SPAC on file with USAC, and Green Light status. A mandatory site walkthrough is required to submit a bid; vendors must register using Appendix C.
