Description
Asotin County is soliciting sealed bids for Phase Three of sidewalk improvements along Reservoir Road. The work includes demolition, grading, placement of base material, sidewalk installation, new hot-mix asphalt, signage additions, stormwater improvements, and ADA pedestrian ramps, in accordance with the contract plans, provisions, and 2026 Washington State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The apparent low bidder may be required to provide references for similar work with other agencies and undergo a background and experience review. A bid proposal deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount is required, and the successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time specified in the plans and specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, subject to the County's right to reject proposals or waive minor irregularities.
