Description
The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for renovation and construction work at Fontenelle Park Pavilion. The project includes site-element repairs; exterior masonry, concrete, door, and window work; and interior improvements to the warming pantry, hall, and bathrooms, including flooring, painting, casework, countertops, and appliances. The bid form includes a base bid and three alternates covering site and exterior work and basement demolition. A bid security of 5% of the bid is required when the total bid is $50,000 or more. A copy must be uploaded with the bid, and the original must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days after closing. Letters of credit are not acceptable substitutes. Required response items include the bid security or an under-$50,000 exemption memo, the completed Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, a notarized Employee Classification Act affidavit, the Certificate of Compliance, a current Certificate of Insurance, and the SEB Participation Disclosure Form. Bid questions must be submitted through the bid event's Questions tab.
