Description
The City of Omaha seeks one tandem-axle dump body and associated equipment, including a hydraulic system, snow plow, and slide-in spreader. Specifications cover the dump body, cab shield, hoist, hydraulic controls and reservoir, plow hitch and plow, installation, roll tarp, lighting, mirrors, safety equipment, and spreader. The equipment must meet detailed material, construction, performance, and component requirements; specified brands or models may be offered as equivalents where permitted. The bid is all-or-none, and pricing must include shipping and delivery. The bidder must state the delivery time after award. A bid security of 5% of the total bid is required when the bid is $50,000 or more; a copy is uploaded with the bid, and the original must be delivered to the City Clerk within seven calendar days after closing. Required response attachments include the bid security or an acceptable substitute, a completed and digitally signed Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, and a notarized Employee Classification Act affidavit.
