Description
The Ohio Department of Children & Youth is seeking one qualified offeror to lead statewide management of OhioKAN, serving kinship caregivers and adoptive families. The scope includes maintaining the program’s regional structure, conducting statewide outreach, managing subrecipient and regional site-partner agreements, supporting PASSS application processing, and fostering community partnerships. The contractor must provide training, maintain program fidelity, lead quality-improvement activities, support Training for Adoption Competency operations, coordinate with the State on SACWIS access and required staff training, and establish or use a DCY-approved supplemental data solution. The solicitation also requires continuity of ongoing program activities during transition and demonstrates that the requirement is an ongoing statewide service with a defined contract period still to be finalized.
