This solicitation seeks evaluation, fault isolation, inspection, testing, repair, packaging, and related engineering services for the F-15E Flat Panel Up Front Controller (FPUFC), NSN 5895-01-530-1899FX, part number A05A0249-12. The contractor must provide parts and labor, return repaired assets within the required turnaround time, support obsolete-part and diminished-manufacturing-source issues, investigate deficiency reports and material improvement projects, and provide required CAV-AF and other contract data reports. The estimated repair quantity is 100 units during the basic period and each of four annual ordering periods, plus 50 units during the six-month extension; additional estimated quantities include parts-and-materials lay-in, beyond-economical-repair items, and no-fault-found items. The contemplated contract is firm-fixed-price, with a one-year basic period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month option to extend services. Performance is at the contractor's facility. Requirements include a quality control plan, supply-chain risk management plan, counterfeit-part prevention, surge planning, CMMC Level 2 self-assessment compliance, military packaging and marking, and recurring technical, status, asset-visibility, property, engineering-change, and surge-plan deliverables.
