Description
The City of Panama City, Florida, through its Purchasing Division, seeks qualifications from experienced and qualified architects and/or engineers to provide professional services under a continuing-contract arrangement. The scope allows the City to solicit qualifications directly from selected consultants for future projects under the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes. The RFQ document is available from the City Purchasing Division by email request. Completed qualifications must be submitted through the City's Bonfire Portal by May 31, 2027, at 11:30 p.m. Central Time. The solicitation remains open for continuing professional services, and the City may award a project within 60 days after submission. Proposers must monitor and acknowledge addenda; nine addenda are included in the solicitation package.
