Description
This solicitation is for repair services for electronic components, specifically driver amplifiers (NSN 5996-01-530-0722) and high power amplifiers (NSN 5996-01-530-2918). The effort includes teardown, test, and evaluation, as well as repair. This is a sole-source requirement restricted to prequalified sources. Interested vendors who are not already approved must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Access to the technical data package (TDP) requires an email to Valerie.Humphries@us.af.mil with a current DD2345 and JCP printout. Award will not be delayed for contractor qualifications. The contract includes requirements for data deliverables such as Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF) reporting, Repairable Item Inspection Reports (RIIR), Counterfeit Prevention Plans (CPP), Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Test Procedures, and Test Reports. Packaging and marking requirements are detailed, including compliance with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073-1. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 is required.
