Description
The buyer is seeking a contractor to provide monthly pest control services for the interiors and exteriors of a district office and a project office trailer. Interior treatment must address roaches, rodents, spiders, crickets, silverfish, ants, and related pests; exterior treatment must address roaches, rodents, ants, wasps, bees, and other pest activity. Services must be performed once per month Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The monthly fee must include all materials and labor, and rates may not increase before September 30, 2027. The stated service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
