Description
The Appoquinimink School District is soliciting bids for elevator installation services for the Summit Campus Middle & High School project. This project involves building trade packages for a new combined middle school, high school, and performing arts center. Bidders are instructed to download complete bid drawings, specifications, and addenda by contacting Kyle Morrison at kyle.morrison@whiting-turner.com. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via MS Teams on July 1, 2026, at 3:30 PM. The deadline for requests for information and substitution requests is July 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Sealed bids should be addressed to the Appoquinimink School District, Attn: Keith Hopkins, Construction Project Manager, 118 S. Sixth Street, Odessa, DE 19730. The outer envelope must be clearly marked: "ASD CONTRACT NO. SCMHS-BP02A - PACKAGE #14A ELEVATORS, SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN."
