Description
St. Helena Parish Police Jury is seeking a contractor for the 2026 CWEF Water System Improvements project, Project No. 260310. The base bid includes construction of new water mains, valves, fittings, flush valves, connections, and associated appurtenances. Bidders must hold an applicable Louisiana Municipal and Public Works Construction license and include their license number on the bid and sealed envelope. A bid security deposit of at least 5% of the total bid price is required, using the specified form; acceptable sureties must appear on U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. Bid, payment, and performance bond documents are included among the project bidding documents. Electronic submission of bids and bid bonds is permitted through Central Bidding, and sealed physical bids may be delivered to the designated Water Works District office.
