Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for Construction Management (CM) services. This ITQ is exclusively for DGS Certified Small Businesses and aims to establish a list of qualified CM firms. These firms will be utilized on various DGS Capital Programs projects during the Pre-Design, Design, and Construction stages. The contract period is anticipated to be from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2029, spanning five years. Proposals can be submitted to DGS anytime between the ITQ Date of Issue and December 31, 2028. Received proposals will be opened and evaluated within approximately sixty calendar days of receipt. All applicants must be registered with DGS as a Small Business (SB) and possess a Current, Active Vendor/SAP Number. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Builder bidding portal.
