Description
San Mateo County seeks three refurbished 8-by-10-foot shipping containers to be furnished, delivered, and placed at locations expected to be near Half Moon Bay, California. Each container must be structurally sound, weatherproof, windproof, watertight, and equipped with operational cargo doors and locking hardware. Units must be free of significant damage, excessive corrosion, leaks, and structural defects, with brown, army/loden green, or tan/light beige exteriors preferred and color matching preferred where possible. The vendor must coordinate delivery schedules, site access, and placement locations with County personnel. The response must include the Pricing Bid Table and a competitive quotation showing accurate lead times and applicable freight and delivery costs. Evaluation will consider price, conformity with the specifications, and the ability to deliver within 14 days after receipt of the purchase order.
