Description
The City seeks consulting services to assess priority operational and technical needs across its public works divisions and develop requirements for a future asset management platform. Work includes a focused review of existing systems and workflows; functional, technical, GIS integration, security, enterprise integration, and data migration requirements; and a transition and implementation roadmap for replacing Cityworks while retaining the City's Esri environment. The consultant will also develop procurement and evaluation criteria, scoring tools, scripted software demonstration scenarios, cost-comparison requirements, and draft technical specifications for the City's future competitive solicitation. The scope includes reviewing the final solicitation materials, but not conducting the future software procurement or provider demonstrations. Proposals must include an approach and work plan, qualifications and relevant experience, at least two comparable client references completed within the last five years, and proposed fees. The contract is expected to run from approximately December 15, 2026, through December 31, 2027.
