Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting one replacement industrial gas dryer functionally equivalent to or superior to an American Dryer Corporation ADG410DD. The dryer must accommodate a 400–475-pound load, provide at least 140 cubic feet of tumbler volume, deliver 1,400,000 BTU/hour heat input and 9,200 CFM airflow, include at least six programmable cycles, and meet specified electrical, water, exhaust, dimensional, tilt, and safety-system requirements. The equipment must connect to the facility’s existing utilities without government-funded infrastructure modifications. The contractor must remove and relocate the existing dryer to a designated staging area, provide any required utility-connection materials and qualified labor, supply a forklift capable of lifting 5,000–15,000 pounds, and complete installation of the replacement unit. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside for one unit, evaluated on technical acceptability, delivery and installation capability, and price.
