Description
This Sources Sought notice is market research—not a request for proposal—to support brand-name specifications in a future FY26 construction solicitation for the FTG276 FPP Generator Control System at Fort Greely, Alaska. The listed components include Cisco IE 3300 network switches; Basler DECS-250 voltage regulators; Caterpillar EMCP 4.2 generator controllers; Woodward DSLC-2-XT and MSLC-2-XT paralleling controls; Emerson CEP001 Profinet I/O devices and associated Rx3i Profinet scanner cards; Monico Mcore secure data routers; Red Lion DA50A gateways; SEL-751A protective relays; and States 2FMS14-14QJ test blocks. The components will support generator control, monitoring, communications, auto-synchronization, isochronous load sharing, switchgear integration, protective-relay synchronism-check protection, and testing for five diesel generators and two utility feeders. Vendors offering products that meet the stated functional criteria must submit manufacturer identification, detailed specification sheets, and a narrative explaining compliance with the salient features. No solicitation is available under this notice; the items are expected to be incorporated into a future construction solicitation.
