Description
The City of Panama City is soliciting construction bids for rehabilitation of the Millville Wastewater Treatment Plant headworks structure and installation of a Pista Grit System. The expected contract duration is 115 days. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire Portal by November 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Bids will be publicly opened and read at City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Bidding documents may be obtained from the City's Purchasing Division by email or in person; addenda will be emailed to plan holders and posted on the Bonfire Portal and the City's website.
