Description
The Virginia Department of the Treasury is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide financing for energy projects under a master lease agreement. The solicitation includes a pricing schedule, bid form, qualified-depository list, small business subcontracting plan, proprietary vendor information form, references, vendor data sheet, certificate of counsel, and the proposed master lease agreement.
