LEGAL #95693 -NOTICE- Request for Proposal Number: 27 341 4000 00032 TITLE: Financial Advisor Services PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of financial advisory services. The Department of Finance and Administration State Board of Finance (hereinafter “SBOF”) hereby requests proposals from Responsible Offerors to act as financial advisor to the SBOF and to assist and advise in the sale of bonds, determination of bonding capacities, preparation of official statements for the sale of bonds, management of the State's rating agency relations, advise the SBOF regarding the State's capital program, assist in the development of continuing disclosure statements, analyze financing plans proposed to the SBOF by other entities, analyze proposed interest rate exchange agreements of other entities, and generally to provide other assistance to

Description
The New Mexico State Board of Finance is soliciting sealed proposals through competitive negotiations for financial advisory services. The selected advisor will assist with bond sales, determine bonding capacities, prepare official statements, manage the State's rating-agency relationships, and advise on the State's capital program. The scope also includes assisting with continuing-disclosure statements, analyzing financing plans proposed by other entities, analyzing proposed interest-rate exchange agreements, and providing related assistance concerning the State Board of Finance's oversight of state finances.
