PUBLIC NOTICE - - - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Office, LSU New Orleans, Admin. Annex Bldg, RM 1004G,2000 LAKESHORE DR, LAKE FRONT CAMPUS, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70148. for: YEARLY SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MARCHING BAND MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, Sealed Bid No. BTB2996 until: September 11, 2026 @ 2:00 PM at which time and place the Bids will be opened and read. period of inquiry deadline is September 2, 2026 addenda if any will be issued September 8, 2026 Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with R.S. 39:1594 C.(4). Specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Office. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
