Description
The City seeks to select up to six consultants for on-call professional engineering services supporting its water and wastewater capital improvement program and related needs. Services may include planning, programming, engineering and design, construction-phase support, start-up, and knowledge transfer for water conveyance and distribution, water and wastewater treatment, wastewater collection, stormwater drainage, watershed protection, and power projects. The scope also includes related technical services such as surveying, geotechnical work, modeling, inspection, cost estimating, green infrastructure design, and facility support, as assigned through task orders. The solicitation calls for multidisciplinary teams, including joint ventures, and sets minimum experience and staffing qualifications. Proposals must include an informational proposal and a separate compensation and fee schedule using the provided Excel template. The City anticipates agreements with a three-year term and two one-year renewal options; work and compensation will be assigned through individual task orders.
