Description
The City of Warner Robins is seeking bids for two new, unused, current-production 20-foot by 7-foot equipment trailers with a minimum 10,000-pound capacity, tandem axles, electric brakes, spring-assist loading ramps, metal tread plate decking, pintle ring hitches, 6-pole male electrical plugs (Part No. 0727PT), and 9/16-inch wheel studs. Trailers must be serviceable with commonly available tools and parts, comply with applicable regulations, and be supplied in the manufacturer's standard configuration without unapproved aftermarket modifications. Both trailers must be delivered fully assembled, inspected, and ready for immediate use within 60 calendar days after purchase-order issuance, with at least five business days' advance delivery notice. The bid must include pricing inclusive of delivery and associated costs, manufacturer specification sheets, anticipated delivery timing, and complete warranty and support information. A minimum one-year comprehensive manufacturer's warranty is required, and optional extended-warranty pricing should be provided if available. Required bid materials include a W-9, business license, E-Verify Affidavit, applicable subcontractor or sole-proprietor affidavit, Absence of Conflict of Interest Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and any required manufacturer documentation.
