Toronto Metropolitan University is conducting a Request for Information to gather market intelligence about project management and financial reporting solutions for its Facilities Management and Development department, with potential university-wide use. Participation in strategy discussions is optional and does not prequalify suppliers or guarantee a future procurement. The immediate priority is a Phase 1 financial reporting solution that operates alongside Oracle, which remains the University's source of truth. The solution should support daily Oracle data exports, detailed general-ledger and project reporting, budgets, actuals, forecasts, variances, dashboards, project cash-flow forecasts, milestone scheduling, status notes, and project risk profiles. The University anticipates approximately 40–50 users and expects suppliers to address functionality, implementation, integration and data-ingestion approaches, security and privacy, hosting and data residency, support, scalability, relevant experience, and indicative cost ranges. Future phases may add broader project and portfolio management capabilities. The question-and-answer document confirms that formal pricing, binding proposals, and final evaluation criteria are not required at this RFI stage.
