The City of Hialeah is seeking an experienced, OEM-authorized contractor to provide a turnkey modernization of Goodlet Park Theater Center. The scope includes facility assessment, engineering and design, procurement, installation, integration, commissioning, testing, staff training, and warranty support for theatrical audio, acoustics, stage and house lighting, projection, camera, and audience seating systems. The project includes a complete audio and acoustic upgrade with professional speakers, wireless microphones, upgraded cabling and infrastructure, acoustic treatment, recording and streaming capability, and a digital mixing console with secure remote tablet control. Lighting work includes programmable DMX controls, rigging improvements, work and emergency lighting, and a dedicated spotlight system, with backstage and dressing-room lighting available as an additive alternate. The contractor must also provide a minimum 12,000-lumen laser-phosphor projector, motorized retractable screen, PTZ camera with at least 8x optical zoom and streaming or archiving capability, and removal and replacement of 226 fixed commercial theater seats while preserving ADA accessibility. Proposals must include technical design documentation, manufacturer specifications and durability testing, OEM authorization, required licenses and business documentation, financial-capacity information, and qualifying project references. Substantial completion is required within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed; optional OEM-certified maintenance is available for Years 2 through 4.
