Description
The City of Little Rock, through its Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking a qualified operator to manage and operate Natural Steps Park, a 48.3-acre sports complex with five irrigated soccer or multipurpose fields, parking areas, access gates, and trail connections. The selected operator will program the facility for recreational and tournament activities, maintain and operate the existing fields and park, keep the facility open to the public when it is not programmed, and propose expansion through additional fields and park amenities. The City will not provide funding for park operations, maintenance, or expansion; those responsibilities will belong to the selected operator. In exchange for maintaining and operating the park at an acceptable standard, the City may reduce or eliminate corresponding lease payments. Responses must demonstrate relevant company and team experience, financial capacity, references, organizational structure, licensing, and an approach to managing and improving the facility. No pricing or fee information may be included in the qualifications submission.
